Rental, Return & Refund Policy

Minimum Rental Period
All rentals have a minimum term of 3 months. Cancellations requested before the 3-month mark will not be processed until the minimum period is complete.

Cancellations
You can cancel your rental at any time after your minimum period by getting in touch with us. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period, but if you have any concerns please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Delivery & Installation
We handle everything — we pick up your shelving kit, deliver it to you, and install it. A small delivery fee of $5 applies per order. When your rental ends, we’ll come collect the shelving from you at no extra charge.

Condition & Damage
Elfa shelving is built to last. It’s solid steel with a durable powder coat finish, so normal wear is expected and not something we’ll charge you for. We just ask that you treat it with reasonable care. Any significant damage beyond normal use may be assessed at the time of collection.
